Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to pavexshow@iron.markets by October 30, 2024. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund, with a 20% administrative fee or $20—whichever amount is greater. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a request with the replacement person’s name by October 30, 2024.
No refunds will be issued after October 30, 2024. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for full payment.
After October 30, 2024, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to pavexshow@iron.markets for consideration. PAVE/X will review special requests for refunds no later than January 1, 2024. PAVE/X retains the right to determine what constitutes an emergency situation, if additional supporting documentation is required, and if a refund will be given, and PAVE/X’s decision will be final.
If the event is cancelled or not held for any reason, registered attendees will receive a refund of all amounts actually paid.
Hotel and transportation reservation cancellations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline and/or other company.
No refunds are offered for classes which may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond IRONMARKET’s control.
Disclaimer
PAVE/X, its contractors, and attending news media may be photographing or videotaping sessions at the event. By attending PAVE/X, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by PAVE/X in association publications, on the ForConstructionPros.com website, and in marketing and promotional materials. Attendees at PAVE/X waive all claims against PAVE/X for any liability resulting from these uses. Furthermore, I acknowledge PAVE/X right to crop, splice, treat, and edit any photographs taken of me are at the PAVE/X’s sole discretion. I waive my right to inspect or approve the finished product, now and in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me.
I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless PAVE/X and its agents or employees, including any company publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or in the taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
COVID-19 Warning
Wherever people gather in public spaces, there exists an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can cause severe injury or death. Senior citizens and person with underlying medical conditions are believed to be particularly vulnerable to exposure.
By participating in PAVE/X, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure. Your efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy are appreciated.
“Suitcasing” Policy
Manufacturers/Producers of equipment/software/services who do not exhibit in the show will be classified as Non-Exhibitors (NONEX). NONEX’s are those types of companies that would normally sell their product or service to an attendee. Companies who solicit exhibitors are also considered NONEX. Pave/X reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted reservations, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party. Pave/X regularly reviews registrants and may change their registration status to NONEX upon review. This policy was instituted to maintain the professional environment and integrity of the show, while protecting the interests and investments of our attendees and exhibitors.
Acceptance
By registering for and attending PAVE/X events, I hereby agree that I accept the terms stated above and, indemnify and hold harmless PAVE/X, its affiliates and their respective directors, employees and agents (including, without limitation, any agent acting on its behalf) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys` fees) resulting from attendance at PAVE/X events.
